I'm having trouble getting lines to straighten at a corner in a polygon.
When I think I have a Y axis line straight, the X axis line goes off by a fraction.
is there a function I'm not using correctly?

Can you give me more details on how you are trying to get a straight line? There are several ways to do this. Using a snap to Ortho filter is best if you are starting a drawing and need nice right angles.

Thanks.
I'm pretty sure I was told that before!
I'm tracing a bmp background.
So...I use ortho from the top neckline around to the top of the underarm, switch to snap off for the shoulderline and then switch to intersection to finish. Does this make sense?

I am still having a hard time visualizing your problem. It sounds like you understand snaps. You can use the AlignX command to clean up the point if you need it perfectly aligned to another point. You may want to use relative typed coordinates with the poly. It all depends on what you are doing and want to accomplish. I am interested in the gory details of what you have tried and what you want to accomplish.

I think I have it figured out.
I'm tracing around a bmp image of a pattern piece.
To begin with,I wasn't using ortho for nice straight line at a 45 degree angle.
There are tools in PatternMaker that I'm still learning how to use.
